What You Will Do
Oversee daily, weekly, and payroll-close timecard audits.
Ensure timely and accurate timecard processing and issue resolution.
Manage timesheet corrections and pay adjustments activities.
Review case outcome to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
Support high-volume or high-risk operational periods as needed.
Remain hands-on and willing to support case processing, audits, or urgent operational needs.
Support additional processes such as holiday reviews, payouts for terminations, transfers, understanding union contracts and RTX policies.
What You Will Learn
Global Time & Labor Management (TLM) is seeking a detail oriented and compliance focused candidate who excels in both individual performance and team collaboration. The Time & Labor Management function is primarily responsible for ensuring that employee timecards are accurate, complete, and fully compliant with RTX policies as well as Federal and State labor regulations.
In this role, you will play a key part in reviewing and validating timecards, identifying discrepancies, enforcing compliance standards, and supporting employees and managers with timekeeping guidance. You will also contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives, assist with system enhancements and implementations, and partner with business stakeholders across the enterprise to strengthen timekeeping controls. Additionally, this role supports daily operational needs, problem resolution, and continuous monitoring of timecard activity.
The TLM team operates in a high volume, fast paced environment that values accuracy, accountability, and proactive issue resolution. This position offers opportunities for expanded responsibilities as processes evolve and new compliance requirements emerge.
Qualifications You Must Have
A University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
Experience with Time & Attendance systems.
Advanced Excel proficiency.

Self-starter who takes initiative, support strategic priorities, take ownership of assigned projects/initiatives, contribute to results and be committed to meeting tight deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively on projects with other functional departments and has exceptional organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills and have the ability communicate in a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization including remote Business Unit staff and senior members of the management team.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced/deadline-oriented environment.
Creative problem solver with strong analytical, decision-making and interpersonal skills with the ability to craft solutions to everyday challenges with creative new ideas.

Work Location: This is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of Greenville/Richardson TX, Cedar Rapids IA, Farmington CT, and Rockford IL.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
