What you'll experience working for ULS
Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 USD and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday and personal days (totaling 12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).

- Executes global Product Marketing strategy for our Healthy Buildings group.
- Tracks marketing investments and results for continuous improvement.
- Collaborates with Product Marketing leads to understand the competitive landscape and drive demand in line with business goals.
- Executes client acquisition and retention strategies to drive business growth.
- Supports market and trend research efforts to identify new opportunities and ensure products and messages are properly targeted.
- Gathers insights to influence business decisions and shape Product Marketing strategy.
- Works with guidance to craft compelling content to drive product awareness and purchase.
- Works with guidance to create compelling content to ensure that sales have the knowledge required to effectively sell product offerings.
- Partners with sales to foster continuous feedback loop.
- Contributes to business success by performing other tasks as required.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing, communication or a related field.
- Strong writing and presentation skills.
- Collaboration.
- Basic project planning and management.
- Customer-centric orientation.
- Interviewing Budget tracking.
- Basic analytical skills.
- Able to understand technical and scientific issues and to translate complex information for nonscientific audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience managing and/or using a wide array of internal communication tools.
