The International Payroll team is expanding and we are looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to support our growth in the region. Reporting to the Manager, International Payroll Operations, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the payroll processing within EMEA & LATAM, has outstanding attention to detail and enjoys working in a challenging, fast–paced and high-growth team.

As a Payroll Analyst team member you will have broad exposure to various functions at Airbnb, including Talent, Benefits & Finance and will also work closely with external business partners. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of EMEA Payroll, excellent technical and communication skills. This position reports to the Manager, International Payroll
A Typical Day:
- Processing end-to-end payroll for EMEA & LATAM employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborating with Talent and other departments to maintain accurate employee data and resolve any payroll-related queries.
- Handling payroll adjustments, including bonuses, commissions, and other compensation elements.
- Preparing and submitting payroll reports, tax filings, and statutory payments.
- Assisting in implementing process improvements and automation within the payroll function.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
- Providing exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries
Your Expertise:
- 5+ years of experience in processing payroll
- Ability to manage confidential data professionally
- Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic and self-directed
- Strong analytical, process mapping, and procedural documentation skills
- Knowledge of Payroll & Labour law compliances.
- Experience in maintaining/creating documentation
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience in Workday / Cloudpay
