Senior Analyst, Payroll Governance
Overview
The Senior Specialist, Payroll Governance is responsible for the end-to-end coordination, tracking, and administration of tuition payments associated with the ACS MBA sponsorship program. This role serves as the primary operational liaison between Payroll, Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE), People Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure tuition payments are accurately tracked, timely processed, and appropriately reported through payroll in compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements. This individual plays a critical role in supporting the operational execution of a global educational assistance program with a complex population of employees on educational leave, internship assignments, and return-to-work arrangements.
Role
Tuition Payment Tracking & Administration• Maintain and manage the ACS MBA participant and tuition payment tracker.• Monitor tuition payments, reimbursements, and outstanding balances received from program administrators and vendors.• Validate participant data, payment amounts, return-to-work dates, and payroll eligibility requirements.• Reconcile payment files and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.• Track payroll processing status for all tuition-related transactions.
Payroll Coordination• Serve as the primary point of contact between the ACS MBA program stakeholders and Payroll Operations.• Coordinate submission of tuition payment files for payroll processing.• Monitor payroll execution and confirm successful completion of transactions.• Partner with payroll teams to resolve discrepancies, exceptions, and processing issues.
Stakeholder Management & COE Support• Partner closely with Total Rewards, People Business Partners, and leadership team to provide ongoing updates regarding participant status and payment processing.• Deliver regular reporting on tuition payments, open items, outstanding actions, and payroll completion status.• Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding payment status and timing.• Escalate risks, delays, or data concerns to appropriate stakeholders.
