Job Description

Senior Analyst for Organizational Development and Human Capital

***This position requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance to be considered. ***

As a Senior Analyst for Organizational Development and Human Capital, you will engage with clients to advance analytic capabilities related to complex workforce challenges and help produce data-driven insights. You will support data acquisition, validation, analysis, and reporting to enable discoveries related to organizational culture and its impact on the business operating model. Additionally, you'll work with a team of culture and change management experts to provide support for the development, collection, implementation, and analysis of organizational survey data, gaining actionable insights to improve change strategies and initiatives. You will leverage your technology and analytics skills to identify areas for process and human capital improvements, while also providing recommendations for leadership and client adoption.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Senior Analyst: Pay commensurate with experience.

Senior Analyst for Organizational Development and Human Capital Responsibilities Include:

  • Participates in development of scope, objectives, and analysis to identify survey objectives, key metrics, and target audience that align with strategic plans.
  • Design concise surveys in multiple stages to gather data during each phase of implementation.
  • Deploy relevant surveys using online survey platforms and coordinate data collection efforts.
  • Collect survey data in a timely manner, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completion.
  • Scrub and organize data, identify and resolve inconsistencies, and interpret missing values.
  • Perform data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and correlations and/or to draw conclusions on objectives, within assigned time and budget.
  • Utilize tools for data visualization, modeling, data management, and dynamic reporting to tell the story.
  • Document results based on defined standards; communicates results to team for client presentation.
  • Collaborate with team to develop data-driven recommendations that inform decision-making and improve organizational strategies. May assist in presenting findings to client in clear, concise, and compelling formats through written reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and best practices for survey data analysis and survey participation efforts.
  • Monitor survey performance metrics, feedback, and response rates to assess survey effectiveness.
  • Offer guidance on interpreting survey results understanding statistical significance and drawing actionable conclusions from data.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Senior Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics or related degree.
  • 2 to 5 years of survey design, data collection, and statistical analysis.
  • Data analysis scripting (SQL) and programming experience in Python, R, SPSS or SQL.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this opportunity.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
  • The following are preferred qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of retrieving, analyzing, and reporting on data using data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Alteryx, VBA, SSRS, Python, Excel, Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Previous knowledge of survey methodologies, sampling techniques, and best practices in survey data analysis. Experience working with survey platforms such as SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics.
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Creativity in survey design for thorough data collection efforts.

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.

  • Past applicable job experience may include, but is not limited to: Senior Business Analyst, Lead Analyst, or Principal Analyst.
