What success looks like in this role:

The Senior Analyst-Organisational Change Management (OCM) plays a key role in designing, leading, and delivering organisational change initiatives that enable leaders, teams, and organisations to successfully adopt changes across business processes, systems, technology, and operating models. This role partners closely with OCM Managers, project leadership, and senior stakeholders to drive measurable adoption outcomes.

The Senior Analyst-OCM brings strong hands‑on experience, sound judgment, and methodological discipline to change delivery—owning workstreams end‑to‑end, coaching junior team members, and ensuring change activities are aligned to business outcomes, risk management, and benefits realisation.

Key Responsibilities

Change Strategy & Delivery

  • Lead the design and execution of OCM activities aligned to project objectives, business outcomes, and stakeholder needs.

  • Conduct and interpret change impact, readiness, and risk assessments at individual, team, and organisational levels.

  • Develop and tailor integrated change strategies, including communications, engagement, training, and resistance management plans.

  • Proactively identify change risks and adoption barriers; design mitigation strategies to address resistance and capability gaps.

  • Track, analyse, and report on adoption metrics, behavioural indicators, and change effectiveness to inform decision‑making.

  • Contribute to sustainment planning to embed change into business‑as‑usual operations.

  • Translate complex transformation initiatives into clear, actionable messages for diverse audiences.

Communication & Engagement

  • Lead the development of high‑impact, audience‑specific communications (executive briefings, change narratives, FAQs, campaigns).

  • Create multimedia and digital collateral (videos, infographics, intranet content) to drive awareness and engagement.

  • Ensure messaging is consistent, timely, and aligned with overall program governance and brand standards.

Training & Learning Support

  • Lead training needs analysis and learning strategy development aligned to role‑based capability requirements.

  • Design and review training materials, learning journeys, and reinforcement mechanisms.

  • Support and co‑facilitate training sessions for frontline staff, leaders, and executives as required.

  • Ensure training effectiveness is measured and iterated based on feedback and adoption outcomes.

Collaboration & Project Support

  • Work autonomously while aligning closely with OCM Managers, Program Leads, and delivery partners.

  • Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and stakeholder briefings to gather insights and refine approaches.

  • Contribute to OCM practice development, standards, templates, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support governance activities including status reporting, risk escalation, and executive updates.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business, Psychology, Organisational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in Organisational Change Management, transformation, or related roles.

  • Prosci or equivalent change management certification (or progress toward certification) preferred.

Skills & Capabilities Required:

  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., German, Dutch, other European languages) are an advantage.

  • Proven ability to design and deliver end‑to‑end change management activities across complex initiatives.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement.

  • Ability to synthesise complex information and data into clear insights and practical recommendations.

  • Experience leveraging AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance communications, analysis, or engagement.

  • Creative mindset with interest in using design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or similar) for basic graphic or video editing.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint).

  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
