In this role, you will support key financial areas and processes that underpin the recognition and disclosure of financial information. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders — including Finance, Product, and Engineering teams — to understand and advise on the accounting treatment of business initiatives and transactions, while also contributing to the implementation and maintenance of an effective control environment.
You will also be responsible for:
- Participating in the development of scalable accounting processes to support the company's global growth
- Partnering with Product, Systems, Treasury, Tax, and Legal teams to support process improvements and financial automation, and to advise on accounting implications
- Implementing and executing effective internal controls
- Maintaining accounting policies and procedure documentation
- Defining accounting requirements to enable process automation
- Supporting and monitoring the work of external auditors and consultants, providing timely and high-quality clarifications
Main requirements for this position:
- Experience in accounting
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Excellent communication and organizational skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with SQL and large databases
- Intermediate Spanish and English

- Intermediate to advanced English
- Experience with SAP (S/4HANA)
