RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPAIS
- Auxiliar na execução e acompanhamento dos projetos de lançamento de novos veículos, apoiando o cumprimento dos prazos e marcos (timing) estabelecidos.
- Dar suporte no controle e atualização de cronogramas de projeto, garantindo alinhamento entre as áreas envolvidas.
- Apoiar a gestão de mudanças de engenharia (Engineering Change Management), incluindo registro, acompanhamento e atualização de status das alterações.
- Auxiliar na preparação de materiais, relatórios e apresentações gerenciais para reuniões de acompanhamento de projetos.
- Acompanhar e consolidar indicadores de desempenho de projeto (KPIs), sinalizando desvios de prazo, custo ou qualidade.
- Apoiar na organização e condução de auditorias internas e externas relacionadas aos projetos, garantindo a disponibilidade de documentos e evidências.
- Auxiliar na interface entre áreas internas (engenharia, qualidade, produção, logística) e, quando necessário, fornecedores.
- Contribuir para a identificação de riscos e problemas no projeto, apoiando a equipe na definição de planos de ação e melhoria contínua.
- Seguir as diretrizes do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, Meio Ambiente e requisitos específicos do setor automotivo.
