monday.com is seeking an experienced, versatile analyst to join the office of the CEOs and lead company-wide monitoring efforts of our business funnel. This is a senior role with leadership interfaces, pivotal impact and high visibility. You will assume ownership of key reporting and research flows covering monday.com’s core business, in collaboration with senior partners from Product, Sales, Marketing and other key departments. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our business strategy, product development, and customer experience.

About The Role:
- Assume co-ownership of monitoring flows to track key indicators of our business health. Optimize existing tools and build new ones as needed. Utilize data from various sources and your analytical and statistical expertise to create visibility, identify early issues and create leverages for action
- Lead investigations into funnel issues in collaboration with other groups, build ceremonies and protocols to ensure business health and periodically report to leadership on the state of the business.
- Build appealing, compelling dashboards and reports to translate data into meaningful representations that become vital decision-making tools for your consumers
- Become a champion for high-quality data work across the organization, mentoring and guiding junior colleagues, setting standards for exceptional work by sharing examples and best practices, and becoming a leading contributor to the growing data community at monday- Assume co-ownership of monitoring flows to track key indicators of our business health. An excellent candidate will:
- Have strong business aptitude, including familiarity with common methodologies and frameworks for at least two of the three following domains - marketing, product, or financial analytics
- Possess top-notch analytical and technical skills, capable of owning a full data flow: problem definition, data collection and modeling, analysis and reporting
- Communicate highly effectively - be capable of identifying and extracting concise bottom lines, providing appropriate context, and creating compelling visualizations
- Thrive working alongside colleagues from various domains, inspiring trust and building successful partnerships and processes

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a senior analyst or business-oriented data scientist in non-academic settings; demonstrated record of conceiving, designing, and shipping successful data analytics projects that drove business impact (interesting failures are also okay)
- Advantage - leadership experience, e.g. former team or group leaders looking to return to a hands-on role
- Excellent SQL skills; strong control of at least one popular BI tool such as Tableau or Looker
- Advantage - proficiency in a scripting language used for data analysis (e.g. R, Python), or familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing
- Great communication skills with a penchant for data visualization and storytelling
