This role involves leading and growing the product analytics team within Bigbrain, helping to shape and drive the best direction for our product roadmap, and advancing our data platforms and a suite of internal tools built to empower our marketing, sales, product, and customer experience initiatives. 

We are looking for a natural leader who is passionate about growing top talent, leading people through data, and having a strong analytical background—someone who thrives in dynamic environments, knows how to connect with various stakeholders, and leads without authority.


About The Role:

  • You will lead a team of product analysts, supporting multiple products and business domains
  • You will hire, grow, and manage product analysts in the team. You will guide them frequently, remove roadblocks for them, and help them improve their business impact.
  • You will drive focus and speed within your team to deliver meaningful insights and help implement them in the product roadmap.
  • You will collaborate closely with the BI and data engineering teams, in order to model the best data needed in order to drive analytical velocity.
  • You will collect and analyze a wide range of inputs to identify opportunities and ensure that your team is always working on the most impactful projects.
  • You will drive guidelines and alignment across teams in the different departments (marketing, sales, product, CX) to align metrics and impact and establish stronger partnerships and mutual goals

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading analytics teams, with demonstrated success in hiring and growing top talent.
  • 6+ years of experience as a product analyst or similar, with a proven track record of analyzing product domains
  • You are an owner with entrepreneurial qualities. You are self-driven, you take extreme ownership, and you feel comfortable tackling ambiguous problems and challenges as well as making decisions without consensus..
  • You communicate extremely well. You can explain the rationale of any decision, strategic or tactical. You can motivate, lead, and champion people, teams, and products.
  • You live and dream A/B tests. you are driven by hypothesis when designing an experiment, determine a goal, and stick to it. You can easily tell the story behind the user's behavior based on data and a strong product sense.
  • You are a fast learner, adaptive, and feel at home in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment. 
  • You have a bias for action and can break down complex problems into steps that accelerate decision-making.
