The Opportunity:
The Master Data Management Quality Analyst will be responsible for completing detailed quality analysis, process investigation, developing recommendations and remediation plans, as well as monitoring, measuring, and improving the quality of master data. This includes working with other departments on cross functional projects and team owned critical data projects and data quality processes. The Master Data Management Quality Analyst will be required to assist in defining and enforcing governed policies and procedures for managing data, including but not limited to data ingestion, data enrichments, data quality and security.

Essential Job Functions
- Establishing Data Quality Metrics: The MDM Quality Analyst monitors and enforces data quality metrics for master data. This involves assessing the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across various domains.
- Security Compliance: Ensuring that master data adheres to security and privacy regulations is crucial. The quality analyst monitors and enforces compliance efforts related to data protection
- Change Request Process: Monitors and enforces a change request process for master data ensures that updates and modifications are handled efficiently.
- Lifecycle Management: Understanding the full lifecycle of master data, including legal and business requirements, is essential. The quality analyst monitors and ensures data is available throughout its lifecycle.
- Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and requirements. This collaboration helps align master data management practices with organizational goals.
- Performs assigned duties in accordance with the accepted professional standards requiring independence and objectivity, knowledge of general accounting principles and standards, proper financial and administrative control procedures and good business practices, and ability to assess risk, relative to the proper application of controls.

Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- CRCR Certification, or other approved job-relevant certification. (Or willingness to obtain within 9 months)
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Expertise using Ensemble IQ products. Ability to utilize SQL, Microsoft Products, Excel, Access and Canva.
- Experience working with real-time data integration (HL7) or managing daily file intake processes for software solutions.
- Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- General understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), including patient access, registration/admission, and patient financial services
- Requires daily interaction with internal and external senior leaders.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, time management, and ability to prioritize deliverables a must.
- Must possess the technical skills required for data analysis and troubleshooting complex issues.
- This position pays between $62,500 - $119,7 based on experience
