The Crown Is Yours
As a Senior Analyst on the Marketing Analytics team, you'll focus on improving and scaling our Refer-a-Friend (RAF) program. You'll use data to understand what's working, what isn't, and where we can push performance further. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, and will have a direct impact on one of our most important acquisition channels. You'll work closely with partners across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to design experiments, evaluate performance, and build systems that help us make better decisions faster.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end analysis of the Refer-a-Friend program, identifying opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and long-term value.
- Design and execute experimentation strategies, including A/B testing and alternative methodologies when standard testing frameworks are constrained.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Define success metrics across the referral funnel and establish scalable frameworks to track and evaluate performance.
- Build and evolve dashboards, reporting, and data pipelines that enable faster, more informed decision-making.
- Proactively identify anomalies, investigate root causes, and influence solutions across stakeholders to mitigate risks and unlock growth opportunities.
- Apply AI and automation to improve how we monitor performance and identify opportunities in near real time.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on marketing, growth, or product analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets, with a track record of owning analyses end to end.
- Experience designing and analyzing experiments, with familiarity in causal inference or non-traditional experimentation approaches.
- Experience building dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Sigma, along with proficiency in Python or R for analysis and automation.
- The ability to operate in ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and influence cross-functional partners through clear, data-driven communication.
