About The Role:
The Senior Business Systems Analyst- Finance/Accounting works across multiple related business and application domains within Monogram Foods' Information Technology organization, connecting their work to broader business outcomes. Operating independently on cross-functional initiatives, the Senior Analyst designs cross-functional solutions, ensures end-to-end quality, engages key stakeholders, and mentors other analysts and business partners. This role sees the broader picture, understands cross-functional impacts, and makes decisions that affect multiple teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Challenges and refines business needs in partnership with business users to capture and clarify business requirements and facilitate continuous improvements.
- Collaborate on complex business and financial processes to improve and integrate new systems or functionality with existing ones, ensuring alignment with long-term business and IT strategies.
- Understand cross-functional impacts, developing understanding of how Monogram's operations are supported by enterprise systems.
- Design future-state processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Design cross-functional solutions, aligning technology capabilities with business needs.
- Understand integrations and dependencies; maintain configuration knowledge of the supported applications.
- Champion the review of application gaps, analyze information to assist business teams in identifying root causes, and oversee resolutions.
- Assists with support and provides training/mentoring to junior level resources.
- Supports the design of cross-functional integrations to keep data and processes connected across systems.
- Ensure end-to-end quality to ensure solutions meet requirements before and after deployment.
- Connect data across functions to support reporting and business decision-making.
- Assists with support and provides training/mentoring to junior level resources.
- Develop conversion and system implementation plans.
- Create and maintain documentation for all related activities.
- Provide project management for Information Technology initiatives.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; a related certification or master's degree is a plus.
- Approximately 7–10 years of relevant business systems analysis, application support, or related IT experience is typical for this level.
- Functional Area(s) of experience required: Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing Operations Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Must be 18 years or older

Skills Required
