Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Analyst – Recruitment with hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate should be fast, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple requirements in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within TAT
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through multiple channels
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and support salary negotiations
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and dashboards using MS Excel
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to meet hiring goals
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel (trackers, reports, basic analysis)
- Fast-paced, proactive, and quick to adapt
- Smart problem-solver with strong follow-up skills
- Ability to manage pressure and multiple open positions simultaneously
Qualifications & Experience
- 4–7 years of recruitment experience across IT and Non-IT hiring
- Prior experience in a corporate environment preferred
- Candidates from recruitment consultancies with strong delivery exposure are also welcome
- Willingness to work from office all 5 days
