What you'll be doing…

In this role, you will be working cross-functionally with partners from IT, HRIS, and the Functional teams. You will be assisting in the day-to-day maintenance of our ticketing system, change management activities, sprint planning, and audit/compliance requests.

  • Conducting daily audits of Workday system changes against approved Jira tickets.

  • Providing support with audit requests from Internal Risk as they arise.

  • Managing the data integrity in the Jira ticketing system, as well as responding to and resolving IT, HRIS, and functional user questions.

  • Reviewing documentation in Jira tickets for approval to migrate to production.

  • Providing support in hosting weekly sprint planning and migration calls.

  • Providing support in maintaining Workday tenant refresh requests and communications.

  • Assisting with bi-annual Workday release planning.

  • Partnering proactively with IT, HRIS, and functional teams resulting in awareness of their plans, priorities, and progress.

  • Supporting other projects as assigned.

This role may on occasion include some night and weekend shifts.

What we're looking for…You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Two or more years of Workday experience.

  • Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems.

  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time. 

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.

  • Audit and SOX compliance experience.

  • The ability to handle multiple high-priority requests/tasks.

  • The ability to think critically and make knowledgeable decisions.

  • Project management experience.

  • The ability to work independently with limited direction.

  • The ability to communicate with people of all professional levels.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $67,000.00 and $135,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
