Position at a Glance
The Logistics Finance Senior Analyst will be based in our Mexico City Global Capability Center (GCC) as part of a high-performing team dedicated to supporting the North America Logistics Finance organization in Chicago. Acting as a key finance partner, this role will focus on providing actionable insights, rigorous reconciliations and financial recommendations that directly impact the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of transportation and warehouse operations across the region. In addition to core financial analysis, the Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving process improvements, strengthening vendor and 3PL reconciliation processes and enabling digital productivity initiatives. By combining technical financial skills with business acumen, this position contributes to optimizing logistics spend, enhancing reporting accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making for NA Logistics.
What's on Menu?
• Deliver financial analysis and insights into logistics performance (regarding transportation and warehouse);
• Support month-end accounting close and ensure accurate reporting of logistics costs;
• Lead purchase order reconciliations with 3PLs, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution;
• Act as key contact for digital productivity project tracking/validation;
• Partner with Chicago stakeholders on lease optimization and warehouse cost analysis;
• Support development and testing of digital warehouse finance tools;

1. Education
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field;
2. Experience
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A;
• Previous knowledge of logistics or supply chain operations is considered a plus;
• Good ERP systems knowledge (SAP, Oracle, etc.);
• Proficient with software such as Excel (Power Pivot), Snowflake, PowerBi and ability to work with heavy data set to create, modify and ensure accuracy of complex spreadsheets;
• Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA) and/or MBA in Accounting/Finance would be an asset;
3. Skills
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
• Solid analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail;
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a global finance environment;
• Collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude;
