Position at a Glance
The Logistics Finance Analyst will be based in our Mexico City Global Capability Center (GCC) as part of a high-performing team dedicated to supporting the North America Logistics Finance organization in Chicago. This role is key to provide day-to-day financial support for North America logistics operations. This includes reconciliations, reporting and process support, while developing expertise in transportation and warehouse cost drivers. By combining heavy data management skills applied to finance world, this position contributes to optimizing logistics spend, enhancing reporting accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making for NA Logistics.
What's on Menu?
• Prepare and maintain purchase order reconciliations with 3PLs;
• Support month-end accounting close activities, including accruals and journal entries;
• Assist in delivering FP&A insights on transportation and warehouse spend;
• Contribute to automation initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities;
• Provide tracking and validation for digital productivity projects;
• Support development of digital warehouse finance tools and cost driver analyses;
• Collaborate with Manager and team to ensure accurate reporting and stakeholder alignment;

1. Education
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Scientist, Data Engineering or a related field;
2. Experience
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A;
• Previous knowledge of logistics or supply chain operations is considered a plus;
• Good ERP systems knowledge (SAP, Oracle, etc.);
• Proficient with software such as Excel (Power Pivot), Snowflake, PowerBi and ability to work with heavy data set to create, modify and ensure accuracy of complex spreadsheets;
• Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA) and/or MBA in Accounting/Finance would be an asset;

• Good analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail;
• Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a global finance environment;
• Collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude;
