About the Position
Kraft Heinz Mexico is seeking a Transition Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in enhancing business processes and driving operational efficiencies within our team. This role involves conducting in-depth analysis, leading improvement projects, and providing strategic insights to support the organization's continuous improvement goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, project management experience, and a deep understanding of process improvement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Project management:
- Develop and deliver detailed transition plans with clear milestones and timelines, identifying interdependencies and in line with GBS Transition Methodology
- Ensure successful knowledge transfer and work-shadowing between the business and GBS
- Support the application of a Continuous Excellence culture and drive process stabilization & optimization
- Develop robust working relationships with key process owners across the business
- Regularly and effectively communicate project and team status throughout the organization levels on progress, issues, and opportunities
- Effective project documentation
- Deliver all Transition Projects and Programme in line with methodology (managing risk, governance, quality assurance, issue resolution, reporting)
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on process improvement goals and initiatives.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to enhance process improvement efforts.
Process Analysis and Improvement:
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
- Utilize process mapping tools to document existing workflows and recommend improvements.
- Implement process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards on continuous improvement activities and outcomes.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and execute initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and adjust plans as necessary to achieve project goals.
Training and Development:
- Provide training and support to employees on process improvement tools and techniques.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices and encouraging innovative thinking.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts and team members on process improvement methodologies.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on process improvement goals and initiatives.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance improvement efforts.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or a related role within a GBS or shared services environment.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools (e.g., Excel, Visio, Minitab, Tableau).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly desirable.
