Why This Role Matters
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, conducting insightful analyses, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
What You'll Do
Deliver accurate, timely financial reports and perform first-level variance analysis against forecast, plan, or previous performance
Preparation of standard reporting packs for country management review
Develop forecast scenarios based on defined parameters and prepare alternative scenarios to achieve targeted results
Preparation of forecast reports to identify assumptions, surplus/gaps to target
Monitor portfolio of accounts from a financial perspective and identify issues / trends that need to be brought to the attention of Finance or Business teams
Prepare analysis on revenue, pricing, and expenses to identify trends, risks, and issues, and support forecasting by evaluating the company’s short-, medium-, and long-term financial position.
Conduct and document first-level financial analyses, preparing clear presentations for audiences with varying financial expertise
What You'll Bring
2-3 years of experience relevant to FP&A
Knowledge of FP&A: previous experience in a role providing numerical analysis and reporting
Analytical skills and business acumen
Experience working with large amounts of data
Bachelor's degree in the field of finance or business management (accounting professional accreditation - nice to have).
