This Senior Financial Analyst role is a critical and highly visible role supporting the TBG Virtual business channel team and the Solution Sales team. As the ‘Channel CFO’, you will be in-charge of tracking and providing insights into key Subscriber, Revenue & OPEX metrics. A successful candidate will be able to build relationships with the multifunctional team – Sales, Sales operations, Marketing and FP&A peers to ensure alignment on forecast assumptions and to present a cohesive plan to operationalize any gaps to targets. Present findings in a clear and concise manner to all levels of the organization and be able to articulate levers that the business team can pull to achieve their long-range plan goals.
Responsibilities
- Build & submit monthly activations forecast for the Virtual business channel and track & report headcount & PPR by tenure as drivers for the forecast
- Consolidate all P&L metrics for the Solution Sales team for HSI, IoT, 5G ANS, Security & Collaboration products collaborating with FP&A peers and provide data driven insights into variances to Plan targets
- Construct executive-level presentations and lead a monthly finance review with the cross functional team articulating not only risks vs Plan targets but also opportunities to help operationalize the gap
- Drive value added insights into Channel CLV and dive into analysis on customer churn & spiffs as needed
- Work on business cases as needed to support headcount / project investment need’s holding the multi-functional team accountable to quantitative KPI’s
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Engineering
- 4 – 7 years of Experience in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting, or Budgeting.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake SQL / IBM Cognos (TM1) a strong plus
- Experience with SAP/BPC, Hyperion, or equivalent preferred
- Strong financial acumen and knowledge of P&L components
- Analytical skills and proven ability to meet deadlines while leading multiple deliverables in a multifaceted environment
- Has a growth mindset and is looking to learn new skills and evolve as the organization changes
- Ability to optimally troubleshoot data inaccuracies, identify root causes, and take corrective action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires effective communication and collaboration across multiple organizations and levels
- Desire and proven capability to effectively work in a team-oriented environment in a fast-paced industry
- Wireless industry experience a plus

Base Pay Range: $67,200 - $121,200
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
