POSITION OVERVIEW

This role will a part of Australian Finance team based in Delhi NCR:

  • Performing month end activities
  • Preparation of Balance Sheet Reconciliations on monthly basis
  • Perform monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting
  • Perform BAU activities
  • Perform Planning activities

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Post multiple journal templates to JDE
  • Resolve JDE errors
  • Carrying out trend analysis of costs
  • Follow instructions and templates
  • Document GL reconciliations and supporting information
  • Prepare accruals
  • KPI data collection
  • Prepare forecast pipeline ahead of calls with stakeholders
  • MBR deck
  • Roll over month end files
  • Data reconciliation & mapping
  • Reviewing CRE marketing spent at a BU/ Broker/ Deal level and update tracker (client/ broker/ SMF recovery)
  • Prepare SOX docs & Compile SOX queries
  • Compile audit/ tax queries
  • Update Costar
  • Prepare Planning templates
  • Data reconciliation (Workday mapping / changes; JDE to Essbase; Cost allocations)

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate with 5-6 years of experience.

SKILLS:

  • Strong Accounting/book keeping knowledge (Dr. and Cr skills)
