Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst position is an individual contributor role within the Finance organization. The candidate will be part of the Prepared Foods Supply Chain Finance group. This position will play a key role in providing data, reporting, and financial visibility that supports Operations & BU leadership in optimizing working capital, capital deployment, and achieving organizational goals. A successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of key operational & working capital metrics, develop value-added reporting and analyses, and support leadership and cross-functional partners with accurate, timely data. In addition, the Senior Financial Analyst will support the capital management process including forecasting inputs, pre-approval tracking, and post-audit reporting. All of the above activities are performed with an ownership mindset in a dynamic team environment requiring collaboration within the Finance team and with cross-functional partners. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Own data consolidation and reporting for capital, inventory, and working capital. 

  • Develop value-added dashboards and tools to improve visibility and support leadership decision-making. 

  • Support forecasting cycles (Latest Estimate and Annual Operating Plan) through data preparation and validation. 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and support process improvements across inventory management & capital deployment activities. 

  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to aid leadership in optimizing working capital performance. 

  • Assist in the identification of potential impairment/write-off risks as part of asset lifecycle tracking. 

  • Partner with operations and BU teams on ad-hoc initiatives and requests relating to working capital & capital management. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 

  • 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting.  

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SAP.  

  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights. 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data sources/plant inputs in a fast-paced environment.
