Senior Analyst in Europe Remuneration Data Solutions Team

Your responsibilities: 

  • Manage the process of collecting, processing, and analyzing compensation and policy data.

  • Lead off-cycle and process improvement projects using LEAN methodology.

  • Cooperate closely with colleagues not only in Warsaw, but also across various Mercer offices globally.

  • Communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders.

  • Review work performed by other colleagues.

  • Train colleagues on survey methodology, tools and processes.

 

Our requirements: 

  • Communicative/Fluent command of written and spoken English.

  • Analytical skills with a proven track record of working with comprehensive numerical data.

  • Experience working with large and complex databases and the ability to understand how they function will be preferred.

  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving  skills, assume ownership of tasks, and effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills: experience in working to tight deadlines and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Be confident, self-motivated, and take a proactive approach to work without the need for constant supervision.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel. Knowledge of advanced functions would be desirable.

  • Availability for a full-time position (Monday-Friday, flexible 8-10 a.m. – 4-6 p.m. / tailored to your needs and in agreement with your manager).
