A career in our Financial Systems & Data Management Team, focused on our Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, will provide the opportunity to work alongside CFOs, FP&A leaders, controllers and business leaders to drive value throughout the organization. Our team helps our global finance organization reduce costs and cycle times while providing business insights through the implementation of leading practices and Oracle’s modern cloud based EPM & ERP applications.
The role will work 5 days (onsite) in San Antonio, TX or the New York, NY office.
Essential Duties & Accountabilities
The roles and responsibilities of the desired candidate are to provide system administration and data management services across the Oracle ERP and EPM suite of applications. Working alongside finance & business stakeholders, the candidate will play a pivotal role in administration, testing and support of our Oracle’s ERP Cloud EPM applications, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This includes:
- Experience in Integration of GL/ FAH or similar with experience in configuration of business rules and maintenance of business rules and data management (DRM)
- Administer and support Oracle Cloud EPM (FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, PCMCS, OAC) and ERP (Accounting Hub, GL,
- Procurement, AP, FA, CM) cloud-based applications
- Experience in Automation in EPM, OIC, Groovy Rules or similar
- Configure, execute, and troubleshoot application business rules and processes
- Execute and monitor data integration process, support data testing & reconciliation
- Update Finance master data and mapping via Oracle Enterprise Data Management and Data Management tools
- Manage and administer User Security across Oracle ERP/EPM applications
- Lead the execution of change management processes and Controls and audit support and support SOX/Audit related requests
- Provide Oracle EPM/ERP user support and training to finance and business stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrates strong abilities and/or prior experience providing system analysis, administration, and support across one or more of the following Oracle EPM and ERP cloud-based applications:
- Oracle ERP Applications (Accounting Hub, General Ledger, AP, Fixed Assets, Cash Management)
- Oracle EPM Applications (EDM, PCMCS, FCCS, ERP, GL, AP, PO, FAH)
- Oracle Enterprise Data Management
- Supporting Financial Close and Consolidation processes, SEC and Statutory Reporting
- Supporting monthly maintenance of DRM, GL, Integration of new entities and accounting teams
Education & Experience (Including Certifications)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/systems, with equivalent years of experience in financial systems
- Preferred experience based on requirements that are job-related and consistent with business necessity.
- Must have worked on large transformation effort using Oracle ERP or EPM
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience working in Finance and/or technology roles
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience specializing in Oracle ERP applications
- Oracle Cloud Financials ERP including Accounting Hub, General Ledger, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and/or Cash Management, preferred
- Oracle Cloud EPM including EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, PCMCS, and/or Analytics Cloud, preferred
The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.
New York City Pay Range:
$116,200—$138,300 USD
