Senior Analyst, Enterprise Data Management

Summary:

In the role, you will perform regular analytics for Vizient’s Contact Domain department, supporting our internal teams, as well as our key stakeholders across Vizient. You will work with multiple data sources across several business lines to identify issues, develop and present new capabilities and create solutions to resolve business problems. You will understand and maintain the various consumers of contact data and how to represent our stakeholders’ requirements within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), especially within Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently as a contact domain liaison to the application development teams and key stakeholders in understanding the contact data models and data consumption downstream.
• Support data management and application development efforts aligned with Enterprise Contact Domain including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)/Verification efforts and enhancements related to contact domain model changes.
• Perform data analysis of production contact data in support of various initiatives.
• Perform analyses and develop solutions based on thorough and comprehensive research and technical skills.
• Interpret results and provide key insights that will help stakeholders make informed decisions.
• Perform data analysis and preparation of customer-provided contact data information for mass loads.
• Collaborate to understand business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations.
• Consistently follow standard work processes and documentation requirements.
• Recommend improvement to work processes to increase efficiency while maintaining quality of work.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience in an analytical role required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suites (Excel, Word, OneNote and Outlook), and SQL required.
• Strong analytical, database, and spreadsheet skills required.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM required.
• Experience with DataLoader or other data management tools preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is highly preferred.

• Experience with data management in a business-critical database is strongly preferred.
• Experience creating worksheets and dashboards in Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools are a plus.
• Must be detailed and action oriented with high initiative and ability to think independently.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $109,700.00.
