Senior Analyst, Email Services

As the Email Service IT Infrastructure Senior Analyst, this role owns the delivery of Stryker policies to the email infrastructure, the reporting of application of policies and managing the user experience for the application of policy for existing and new users.  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PowerBI, data analysis, and visualization. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining PowerBI reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights to support business decisions within Digital Collaboration Services for Stryker.

What you will do:

• Email service engineer will focus on managing the email retention process, manage & implementation of policies and reporting for Digital Collaboration services.
• Service Management responsibility: Overseeing the maintenance of Microsoft Exchange in relationship to email retention policies, legal hold and impact to functional mailboxes.
• Manage the integration of M&A environments into Stryker for mail services and application of Stryker policies
• Manage the reporting services with PowerBI & data load for email retention and Digital Collaboration services including reporting of adherence to policy, regular monitoring and verification of policy application.
• Technical Design, Development, Testing and Delivery of solutions for Release Cycles and/or new projects within a Stryker’s IT stack
• Identify opportunities to improve the systems process flow, performance and technical efficiencies and support the business and recommend/provide holistic solutions that integrate the existing technical standards with the business needs and processes
• Extensive knowledge of Power Shell, Microsoft Exchange, policy management, Power BI and Office365 required
• Responsible for key design decisions regarding the business analytics development scope across all process areas.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with minimum 2 years of experience with policy management in a Microsoft O365 environment
• Proficiency in PowerBI, SQL and related tools management for data and file management
• Experience with exchange online including managing policy administration, PowerShell scripts and group management  
• Experience with SQL and data modeling including data management and building reporting using PowerBI and similar tools
• Ability to think strategically while operating tactically to implement enterprise standards and global technical/process solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong Microsoft Office skillsets
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving skills, presentation and communication skills
• PMP, PgMP, CSM or equivalent preferred

Travel Percentage: 20%
