About the Role
As a Senior Analyst – Digital Marketing at Pearl, you will enhance the performance and expansion of our paid SEM initiatives by leading experiments, optimizing budgets, and identifying new growth opportunities. If you have a strong data-driven mindset and a proven ability to generate profitable results, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead optimization and growth initiatives across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Conduct audience and keyword research to identify SEM opportunities
- Design and run ad experiments; monitor landing page and product test impact
- Manage PPC budgets using smart bidding to achieve target ROAS
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Ads, Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Google Analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and monitor industry trends
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
- 6–10 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Search Ads, Microsoft Ads, GDN, YouTube, or Facebook Ads
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset (segmentation, 80/20 approach)
- Working knowledge of SQL (preferred)
- Experience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and tag management
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; exposure to automation is a plus
- Familiarity with LLM tools (e.g., GPT) is an added advantage
- Proactive and result-oriented attitude
