Senior Analyst, Contract Management – US Government Programs (Miami Remote)

Join our global team as a Senior Analyst, Contract Management, where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting U.S. Government aviation fuel contracts and commercial sales operations. This is your opportunity to work at the intersection of government compliance, pricing strategy, and operational excellence—supporting high-value contracts with KHI, DLA, and other U.S. Government entities.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll be the key link between Sales, Supply, Legal, Credit, and Finance teams—ensuring contract accuracy, pricing integrity, and timely responses to customer needs. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of contract bids, billing inquiries, and reporting for both standard and non-standard fuel agreements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing bid submissions, revisions, and award processes for U.S. Government contracts.
- Supporting billing dispute resolution and pricing validation.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure alignment across systems and contract terms.
- Maintaining and updating Blanket Sales Agreements (BSAs) and open market offers.
- Creating and managing sales quotes in Oracle for billing and processing.
- Leading internal and external reporting efforts, including SLA dashboards and customer-specific reports.
- Supporting ad hoc pricing requests and contract modifications.
- Acting as a liaison between supply managers and finance when supplier terms change.
- Managing price notifications and resolving discrepancies with DLA systems.
- 3–5 years of experience in the aviation or energy industry (preferred).
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, global team environment.
- Advanced Excel and Oracle (required)
- Familiarity with: PowerPoint, SharePoint, BOX, Alteryx, and other database tools
- Knowledge of the jet fuel market and pricing is a plus
