  • Validate real-time multi-currency payroll calculations and tax withholdings.

Benefits Compliance

  • Define mandatory and optional benefits, including local statutory requirements and related tax implications.

  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to integrate compliant benefit plans.

Final Settlement & Offboarding Compliance

  • Develop compliance guidelines for end-of-employment settlements including FnF, tax calculations, and statutory notices.

Technical & Product Integration

  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering to shape API designs, data structures, and integrations for payroll workflows.

  • Evaluate and customize third-party API providers where needed.

Advisory & Risk Management

  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks across new and existing markets.

  • Advise leadership on compliance dependencies for new product rollouts and country expansions.

  • Educate internal stakeholders and contribute to compliance knowledge management.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Perks:
  • Flexible vacation.
