What success looks like in this role:
As a member of the order, sales, and support team (OSS) - primary responsibilities include:Responsible for the accurate processing of all CPQ quotes related to client orders and billing.
Providing general support to sales in the creation and progression of the CPQ quote.
Queries about order status and assistance with billing requests.
Experience and skills related specifically to the performance of this position:Strong team player

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Bachelor's degree
Previous experience in sales support or Processing of orders and billing. Must be able To communicate, both written and spoken, in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
(Bonus) Knowledge of CPQ or the client quote to contract and order process
