About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Automation/AI to lead intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions using Salesforce and related technologies. The role focuses on optimizing business processes, enhancing customer/stakeholder experience, and delivering actionable insights across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement automation solutions using Salesforce tools (Flow Builder, Process Builder, Approval Processes, etc.) and AI platforms like Agentforce and Einstein AI
* Lead integrations with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP, GraphQL, Bulk API), middleware, and authentication protocols (SSO, SAML/OAuth)
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions and develop predictive models, workflows, and dashboards
* Drive data governance, reporting, and KPI tracking using Tableau, Salesforce Analytics, and other tools
* Support client implementations and proof-of-concept development
* Collaborate across teams, ensuring smooth delivery and technical excellence

Required Skills & Experience:

* 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce ecosystem (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Developer I/II certifications preferred).
* Advanced certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect) are a plus.
* Proven experience in Salesforce automation, integrations, and AI-driven solutions (Einstein Analytics, Agentforce, RPA).
* Expertise with APIs, authentication protocols, data pipelines, and event-driven architecture.
* Strong communication skills for presenting technical concepts, gathering requirements, and engaging with clients.
* Process-oriented, analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.

Good to Have:

* Experience with tools like Certinia, Slack, JIRA, Salesforce DX, MuleSoft, SnapLogic, and Tableau
* Knowledge of SQL, R/Python, Tableau Prep, and machine learning techniques
* SDLC/Agile/Scrum methodology experience and domain expertise

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* Advanced Salesforce or integration platform certifications.
