Overview
Mastercard Prepaid Management Services (MPMS) provides business partners globally with fully outsourced prepaid card programme management solutions. Leveraging the Mastercard network, MPMS delivers consumer and corporate travel, foreign currency, per diem and gift prepaid card programmes to a diverse set of partners including financial institutions, travel agents, retailers, bureau de change operators and airlines.
Role
The European MPMS Account Management & Business Development team supports our existing customers in the region and drives new business opportunities. As Senior Analyst, Account Management, you will work closely with the entire Account Management & BD team, drive key activities supporting all customer accounts, and own the knowledge management function in the team. Your key responsibilities:• Support the Account Management team build and drive the relationship with specific accounts, to deliver against business targets for Mastercard• Act as data & insights subject matter expert, including the preparation and distribution of monthly performance reporting, QBR input, and handling ad-hoc data requests from customers and the broader team• Day-to-day issue resolution across our client base; drive timely resolution of technical and operational issues in close alignment with the technical support teams• Knowledge management - gather, manage, and distribute key insights on customers, competitive landscape and market trends; collate, create/enhance & manage templates and checklists for key processes and activities• Support project execution; preparing product specifications and acting as end-to-end resource lead on small to mid-sized projects• Develop and maintain strong working relationships, working closely with cross-functional partners within the MPMS and wider Mastercard organization.
Skills Required• Strong team player, transparent communicator, and collaborator, committed to breaking down silos• Strong ability to partner, manage and influence internal stakeholders across various businesses/teams Strong analytical skills• Organisational skills and ability to structure and map out complex content and processes• Highly proactive/self-starter attitude• Strong communicator with outstanding written, oral and presentation skills• Good knowledge of the payments industry, with demonstrated expertise in developing partnerships with a diverse set of industry stakeholders• Bachelor of Commerce degree or similar from a leading institution.
