Senior AML Specialist
Location: Luxembourg
Job type: Permanent, Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office
Hours: Full-time, 40h/week
The salary range for this specific role will be € 60.000 – € 70.000 gross per year.
The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender-neutral compensation framework.
As AML/KYC Senior Analyst at CSC Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.àr.l., a Luxembourg fund management company and authorized Alternative Investment Fund Manager (“AIFM”), member of CSC Group, you will be part of the Compliance team, providing support in performing, inter alia, AML/KYC analysis and risk assessments for clients, third parties, shareholders and AML/KYC operational tasks on investment transactions.
As AML/KYC Analyst you will be responsible for a wide range of activities:
- Performing AML/KYC collection, analysis and risk assessments for clients and third parties (e.g. transfer agents, portfolio managers, investment advisors, distribution channels, etc.)
- Conducting AML/KYC operational tasks on investment transactions
- Contribute to the maintenance of KYC data in the information systems for the purposes of keeping up-to-date information in the context of the KYC measures and controls
- Ongoing monitoring on AML/KYC matters
- Work in line with internal procedures and under the guidance of the Manager
- Support the Compliance Officer and the RC
- Support regulatory and audit reviews when required
- Client outreach: Proactively handling various client queries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordination with the different stakeholders both internal & external
- Adherence of the client onboarding/compliance policies & procedures and obligations by CSSF/JFSC/GFSC/regulatory bodies.
- Coaching, teaching, guiding team members
Your Profile:
- You hold a diploma in Law, Finance or Business Administration
- At 3-4 years of experience in a compliance, AML / KYC, preferable within a fund management company / AIFM
- Demonstrate an experienced and deep level of knowledge in the field of a Luxembourg alternative investment fund industry
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and capable of organizing your priorities and working within tight deadlines
- Experience in working with an ability to multi task and to work calmly under pressure
- Understanding and dealing with the changing regulatory environment
- Handling complex queries
- Are pro-active, with have the ability to take initiatives and ownership
- Are true team players with excellent interpersonal skills, willing to listen and learn from others
- Flexibility, adaptability, reliability and commitment
- Have excellent communication skills vis-à-vis clients, providers, and within the Group
- Are fluent in English, both verbal and written, and knowledge of another language is considered in an advantage

Skills Required
- Diploma in Law, Finance or Business Administration
- 3-4 years of experience in compliance, AML/KYC (preferably within a fund management company / AIFM)
- Deep knowledge of the Luxembourg alternative investment fund industry
- Experience performing AML/KYC collection, analysis and risk assessments
- Experience with AML/KYC operational tasks on investment transactions
- Ability to maintain and update KYC data in information systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure
- Understanding of changing regulatory environment and adherence to CSSF/JFSC/GFSC obligations
- Strong client communication skills and experience handling complex queries
- Proactive, takes initiative and ownership; team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); knowledge of another language is advantageous
