Job Description: Senior Alliance Manager- SquareWorks Consulting 

Reports to: Head of Partnerships & Alliances

Job Summary 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Alliance Manager to join our team. This strategic role will be responsible for building and nurturing new partnerships with accounting advisory and finance transformation firms within the NetSuite ecosystem. The Senior Alliance Manager will play a critical role in expanding our network of strategic partners, driving joint initiatives, and increasing the reach and adoption of SquareWorks' NetSuite solutions and services. Additionally, this role will be pivotal in helping drive outsourced implementations. 
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Channel/Alliance/Partnerships, relationship management, and a deep understanding of the accounting and finance transformation landscape. You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to develop go-to-market strategies, ensure alignment on business objectives, and ultimately drive mutual growth and success within the ecosystem. 

Key Responsibilities:   

Develop and Manager Partnerships: 

    • Build new partnerships with accounting advisory and finance transformation firms within the NetSuite ecosystem. 
    • Scale current relationships through rolling out a program for outsourced implementations.

    Go to Market Strategy: 

    • Work with partners to define and execute joint go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment on target markets, messaging, and joint sales objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create solutions and offerings that resonate with partner needs. 

    Business Development & Revenue Growth: 

    • Work closely with the sales team, customer success, partnerships team, pre-sales engineers, and marketing to grow new and incremental revenue 
    • Identify opportunities for new alliances and partnerships to expand SquareWorks’ reach, while maintaining a solid pipeline of new potential partners. 
    • Source high-quality leads from accounting advisory partners. 
    • Create and deliver professional & compelling presentations to potential partners. 

    Partner Enablement:  

    • Coordinate internal resources to accomplish goals, enable partners, and keep partners engaged with SquareWorks. 
    • Develop and deliver training, resources, and support materials to enable partners to effectively sell and implement NetSuite solutions. 

    Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

    • Effectively communicate to management through Salesforce updates, emails, and other means. 
    • Give clear and concise feedback to internal stakeholders on partner programs, product compatibility, and ecosystem viability.

    Performance Monitoring and Reporting 

    • Regularly report on the status of partner engagement, revenue contributions, and pipeline growth to senior leadership. 
    • Establish and track key performance indicators to assess the success of partner relationships. 

    Relationship Management: 

    • Join and coordinate networking groups and attend events. 
    • Handle issues expediently with extreme professionalism. 
    • Travel will be 15-25% 

    Requirements

    • 7+ years in SaaS-based Technologies. Experience in a Channel/Alliance/Partnership role is a plus 
    • Direct experience rolling out a scalable outsourced implementation program 
    • Expertise in the ERP/accounting/financial management, Office of the CFO domain is a plus 
    • Experience negotiating partner contracts with C-Level executives 
    • Strong attention to detail 
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
    • Ability to run timely, accurate meetings with C-Level executives and deliver compelling presentations 
    • Tenacious and committed to exceeding targets

    • Team player with a collaborative orientation 
    • Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment 
    • Bachelor’s Degree required
