PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, user needs, product outcomes, and success measures for AI-enabled digital experiences.
  • Translate strategic vision into actionable product roadmaps, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items.
  • Own and continuously refine the product backlog in Jira, balancing business value, customer impact, risk, dependencies, team capacity, and technical feasibility.
  • Provide clear product direction and timely decisions to Agile development teams throughout discovery, planning, delivery, validation, release, and ongoing optimization.
  • Lead or actively participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily coordination, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, analytics, support, security, privacy, legal, and compliance partners to define and deliver AI features in digital applications and platforms.
  • Ensure AI use cases, requirements, data handling, and user experiences address applicable privacy, security, transparency, human oversight, and responsible AI guardrails.
  • Define testable acceptance criteria and support validation of product increments against functional, quality, usability, and guardrail requirements.
  • Maintain complete, current, and traceable product documentation, including decisions, assumptions, dependencies, risks, requirements, and release notes.
  • Monitor delivery progress, remove ambiguity, communicate status and tradeoffs, and escalate material risks or decisions to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Gather stakeholder and user feedback, review performance data, and use insights to recommend backlog and roadmap adjustments.
  • Support change readiness, stakeholder communications, and adoption activities for new or enhanced AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Documentation: Produces clear, concise, well-structured, and traceable product artifacts.
  • Collaboration: Builds alignment across stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, including partners without a direct reporting relationship.
  • Analytical problem solving: Evaluates options, risks, dependencies, and evidence to support sound product decisions.
  • Organization and execution: Manages competing priorities while maintaining focus on outcomes, quality, and timely delivery.

New Era Technology Compensation & Benefits Highlights

The following summarizes recurring compensation and benefits themes identified from responses generated by popular LLMs to common candidate questions about New Era Technology and has not been reviewed or approved by New Era Technology.

  • Leave & Time Off Breadth Time off is positioned as generous, with multiple sources pointing to roughly four weeks of PTO up front or ~28–29 days including company holidays in some U.S. roles. Time away is also described as straightforward to use and sometimes viewed as a meaningful offset to weaker cash compensation.
  • Strong & Reliable Incentives Earnings upside appears stronger in certain sales and account roles where on‑target earnings can be attractive when performance is high. Variable pay can materially lift total compensation in these roles relative to positions with mostly fixed pay.
  • Flexible Benefits Flexible work arrangements such as remote and hybrid options are commonly highlighted as part of the overall rewards experience. Flexible Spending Accounts (e.g., medical, dependent care, commuter transit) are also referenced as available in at least some contexts.
