We are searching for a Senior AI Product Manager who can bridge the gap between AI capabilities and business impact. You will be responsible for identifying and embedding AI into our product in ways that drive value, create efficiencies, build competitive advantage, and unlock new revenue opportunities

As a Senior AI PM, you will be the bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world business impact. You will own the end-to-end productization of AI by turning today’s most advanced models into intuitive, high-impact features. From discovery to launch to optimization, your focus will be on delivering AI-driven innovation that matters

• Strategic Ownership: Define and evolve the AI product roadmap, aligning initiatives with business goals and measurable outcomes.
• Prompt Engineering Mastery: Design, test, evaluate, and optimize prompts to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs from LLMs.
• Productization of AI: Translate model capabilities into seamless, reliable, and efficient product experiences.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Design, and Ops to scope, build, and ship AI-powered features that are usable, compliant, and impactful.
• Experimentation & Validation: Run quick experiments to validate hypotheses, measure ROI, POCs, and ensure every AI investment delivers clear value to the business and customers.
• Discovery & Delivery: Proactively discover and validate new features and enhancements through data to solve your problem area while ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Internal Evangelism: Champion AI adoption across the organization. Help stakeholders understand what’s possible (and what’s not) with today’s models.
• Market Awareness: Stay on top of the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem and assess which external models, APIs, or tools should be brought into our product.

What It Takes

• Product Management Expertise: 5+ years, including experience as a Senior Product Manager - Must
• AI Product Management Experience: 2+ years building or managing AI-powered features or agents, including complex workflows, orchestrations, and leveraging modern AI frameworks - Must
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical abilities are required for making data-informed decisions, validating hypotheses, and interpreting outcomes.
• Fast-Paced Agility: Ability to thrive in a dynamic SaaS startup environment, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Communication Skills: Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Technical Acumen: A solid technical background with an understanding of relevant technologies, applications, and processes is required.
• Fintech / Fraud Knowledge (Nice to Have): Experience in payments, risk, or fraud management is a strong advantage.
• Team Synergy: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset are crucial for effective teamwork.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive, curious, assertive, and creative; always looking for how AI can solve problems in novel, scalable ways.
