THE ROLE

We're looking for a Senior AI Product Designer to shape mission-critical, complex enterprise experiences across the investigative lifecycle. You'll lead design from discovery and problem definition through prototyping, validation, and delivery, in close partnership with Product and Engineering.

  • Design AI-native experiences that simplify investigative work, balancing automation with user control, transparency, trust, and recovery.
  • Move quickly from ideas to realistic, interactive prototypes; test, learn, iterate, and use evidence to guide outcomes.
  • Use AI tools and agents for research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, critique, and validation; create reusable workflows and verify AI output.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Architecture from exploration through implementation; challenge assumptions and communicate design rationale.
  • Evolve our Design System through reusable components, tokens, and interaction patterns that improve consistency and speed.
  • Raise the bar for craft and experience quality through design reviews, constructive feedback, and mentorship.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years in Product Design or UX, ideally on complex enterprise software, with a portfolio showing end-to-end thinking and shipped work.
  • Strong UX, interaction, visual design, and prototyping skills; proficiency in Figma and attention to detail.
  • Excellent systems thinking, creative problem-solving, and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear, usable workflows.
  • Experience applying user research and qualitative and quantitative evidence to product decisions.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted design tools and agents; experience designing AI-native interactions is a plus.
  • Experience with scalable Design Systems, cross-functional collaboration, and influencing stakeholders in fast-moving teams.
