Senior SEO & Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) Lead – Global Impact | Digital
We’re looking for a senior search leader to shape the future of our brand visibility — across traditional search and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) for AI-driven discovery. As we embrace AI and all that it offers within our business, this role will evolve also. You'll need to be agile, resilient and able to collaborate with key stakeholders across a number of priorities as much as being able to bring your technical expertise.

What you’ll do
- Drive integrated SEO & GEO strategies across all markets.
- Ensure multi-modal readiness: text, voice, image, and video.
- Lead AI search performance optimisation and reporting.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years’ experience in SEO and 3+ years at a senior level, with recent exposure to GEO.
- Track record of success in AI search visibility.
- Thrives in change with a relentless curiosity for what’s next in search.
