As part of the AI Agentic team, you'll build end-to-end AI solutions - from healthcare data integration and agent deployment to analytics and agent evaluation tools. Our projects often involve developing cutting-edge Generative AI technologies from scratch.
We're a globally distributed, mission-driven team focused on improving patient outcomes, streamlining operations, and delivering quality at scale.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy agentic systems to benefit patient outcomes
- Ensure that agents, sub agents and tools are documented and delivered in a scalable reusable manner
- Automate agent evaluation and test data creation to ensure that customer can trust the outcomes of the agentic systems.
- Manage security controls to enable secure, efficient, and policy-compliant operations
- Collaborate with multiple partner teams to communicate information security guidance and standards and reduce information security risks
- Builder Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- BS with 7+ years or MS and 5+ years in Computer Science or similar experience
- 5+ years of experience as a software development engineer or equivalent hands-on experience producing code for production systems
- 4+ years working with Public Cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP
- 2+ years of engineering experience in building infrastructure using code and repeatable designs (IaC)
- 2+ of experience in automating CI/CD using Jenkins [Pipeline as Code], GitHub actions, or similar tools, along with proficiency in source control systems such as Git
- 2+ years of experience working with Agile team
- 1+ years of experience in designing, building and deploying ML models with AWS SageMaker or Azure ML
- 1+ years of experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation, such as GitHub CoPilot
- Proven track record of engaging with customers to design and deliver at least two complete AI products, from ideation to product release
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership experience to mentor, align and empower other AIML engineers
- Knowledge of API design and lifecycle management (REST, etc.)
- Familiarity with inter-service messaging and stream discovery (Pub/Sub Kafka, etc.)
- Proficiency in instrumentation, logging, and tracing tools
- Proven expertise in cloud data storage, caching, and optimization (SQL and NoSQL databases)
- Proven excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven evidence-based approach to decision-making and problem-solving
- Proven design mindset with the ability to construct scalable, distributed services
Preferred Qualification:
- Prompt Engineering experience
AI Expectation:
- Hands on experience with API's like OpenAI, Google Gemini and Hugging face
- Experience in using Tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf or Amazon Code Whisperer etc.
- Good understanding of LLMs and generative models
- AI Builder Expectations: Utilize AI tools and applications to perform tasks, make decisions and enhance work and overall velocity. Expected to use AI Powered software for data analysis, coding, and overall productivity on a daily basis.
