With our AI Adoption & Integration Specialist role, we approach you to make sure that emerging technology trends on the market are correctly reflected in our product, to proactively address our customers’ needs.
In close collaboration with the Dynatrace CTO and the product leadership teams, you will have the role of driving the development of product features.
Your role at DynatraceDynatrace is the leading AI‑powered observability platform. By complementing Dynatrace AI with agentic AI, we aim to turn automated IT, cloud and AI operations into autonomous software delivery, reliability, security and business analytics. In close collaboration with the CTO and product leadership, you will drive the development of product features and help ensure emerging technological trends are reflected in our product and processes. There is the opportunity to move into a dedicated leadership role after the first year.
You will
- Provide technical advice across the product lifecycle, including innovation, conceptualization, and in‑development features.
- Learn the product and use that knowledge to validate technical proposals and internal use cases.
- Address and analyze technology and market trends and derive valuable propositions.
- Combine deep technical work with future‑facing product development.
- Present evidence‑based technical recommendations and implementation plans to senior leadership.
- Identify improvements in user experience and operational workflows.
- Set your own goals derived from assigned topics.
- Envision customer operational scenarios and pain points to anticipate issues before features reach production.
- 10+ years’ experience.
- Mandatory software‑architecture background.
- Hands‑on cloud‑native experience (e.g., containers, orchestration, cloud services); hyperscaler familiarity is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of AI technologies and market trends.
- Strong systems thinking, structured communication, and the ability to apply technical knowledge to internal use cases and product topics.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to list a salary range for this position, which is € 106,000 up to € 133,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week).
