What you’ll do: 

We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to support the development, prototyping and implementation of AI-based solutions for smart appliances, digital products and cloud infrastructures. In this role, you will work on Machine Learning and Deep Learning capabilities, transforming business problems into scalable AI solutions and collaborating with global teams to deliver consumer-relevant innovation. 

 
In detail, you will: 

• Understand business problems and identify suitable Artificial Intelligence technologies and approaches. 

• Design, develop and support the implementation of Machine Learning and Deep Learning capabilities. 

• Develop new AI modules, systems and product concepts, including algorithms, features, specifications, prototypes and validation activities. 

• Support the integration of AI technologies into smart appliances, apps and cloud infrastructures. 

• Ensure proper interfaces between AI solutions and existing product architectures, systems and modules. 

• Scout, evaluate and propose new consumer-relevant technologies and innovative AI-based solutions. 

• Prototype, test and validate AI models and technology modules in collaboration with global teams. 

• Work with international teams, competence centers, experts, research institutes and universities to accelerate technology development. 

• Contribute to projects involving cross-product and multi-competence environments. 

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI). 

Who you are: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields; PhD is a plus. 

• Experience designing, prototyping and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning solutions. 

• Experience with Computer Vision, NLP and Large Language Models, including transformer-based models, RAG, fine-tuning and agentic AI workflows. 

• Experience with Python, PyTorch and AI frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar. 

• Experience with Linux, Docker, FastAPI, Git and CI/CD pipelines. 

• Experience with cloud, edge or embedded model deployment, including AWS, Kubernetes, ONNX Runtime, TensorRT or OpenVINO, is considered a plus. 

• Advanced English is mandatory.
