We are looking for a talented, independent and self-motivated Data Scientist / AI Engineer to join our growing AI/ML team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of data science, machine learning, deep neural networks (DNN) and next-generation AI technologies, helping drive innovation within the cellular networks domain.
What will you do:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex, real-world problems
- Build and implement advanced agentic AI systems and intelligent automation solutions
- Evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and research to continuously improve system performance.
- Analyze large-scale datasets to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI/ML solutions
What you need you have:
- At least 4 years experience as a Data Scientist/AI Engineer
- Hands-on experience with machine learning, deep neural networks (DNN) and data analysis techniques
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and modern AI architectures
- Strong software development skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Independent and self-driven, while also being an effective team player.
- Experience building scalable, production-grade systems.
- Passion for new technologies and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of cellular networks or communication systems.
- Experience with big data tools (e.g., ELK stack and K8s)
- Experience with AWS and K8s
- Experience as a Software Engineer, developing large-scale systems and real-time systems
Education:
- M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
