We are seeking a talented Senior AI Engineer to join our AI/ML team on our AI transformation mission. In this role, you will help design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. You will work on developing intelligent agents, integrating large language models (LLMs), and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to life. What will you do:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI systems, including LLM-based applications and autonomous AI agents.
- Build scalable backend services and integrate AI capabilities into production systems.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and research to continuously improve system performance.
- Work with large datasets and optimize data pipelines for AI and analytics workflows.
- Ensure high-quality code, performance, and reliability across all AI-related components.
What you need you have:
- 3+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack software engineer.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., model integration, fine-tuning, prompt engineering) and AI agent development.
- Strong programming skills — Python and typescript.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Independent and self-driven, while also being an effective team player.
- Experience building scalable, production-grade systems.
- Passion for new technologies and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of cellular networks or communication systems.
- Experience with big data tools (e.g., ELK stack and K8s)
- Experience with AWS and K8s
- Experience with ML model training, optimization and productization
Education:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field (M.Sc. - an advantage)
