As a technical authority in AI and Machine Learning, you will join Trimble’s AECO segment to lead the development of advanced deep learning models that drive strategic innovation and significant business impact. In this role, you’ll serve as a high-level technical expert, shaping organizational strategy by applying deep learning breakthroughs to real-world challenges—from autonomous financial analysis like automated invoicing and payroll to cutting-edge applications in robotics and AR/VR.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Drive Financial Innovation: Lead the development of AI-driven financial analysis tools for automated invoicing, payroll, and bank reconciliation within the Construction Management Solutions department.
Architect Intelligent Systems: Build and optimize advanced AI agents capable of complex reasoning and self-improvement while maintaining rigorous evaluation benchmarks.
Champion MLOps Excellence: Define and drive best practices for model deployment, including advanced containerization, versioning, and performance monitoring at scale.
Master Complex Data: Strategically curate high-quality datasets and implement cutting-edge computer vision techniques to analyze intricate drawings and images.
Essential Skills & Experience
Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field with 7+ years of expert-level AI/ML experience in production environments.
Expert-level fluency in Python and deep learning frameworks, specifically PyTorch.
Proven track record leading the deployment of scalable, production-ready ML models and advanced software architectures.
Deep expertise in Generative AI (LLMs), computer vision, and vector search technologies.
Strong command of Linux, MLOps pipelines, and Responsible AI principles.
