We are currently looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in the Innovation Department. As a Senior AI Engineer you will be responsible for driving innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading technical initiatives in the robotics domain that impact our company’s strategic goals.
Resposnibilities
- Oversee AI-based initiatives from conception to execution. Improve and optimize AI systems for dependability, scalability, and performance.
- Design and implement deep learning (LLM, Computer Vision) pipelines.
- Keep up on the most recent developments in AI technology and research in robotics domain and beyond.
- Work together with teams with diverse backgrounds (mechanical engineers, robotics engineers , electronics etc).
- Provide technical leadership & strategic R&D roadmapin AI/ML and mentor younger engineers.
- Technical Management of EU funded and other R&D projects.
- Translating user needs into technical AI/ML solutions and drafting relevant technical reports/deliverables
- Verify adherence to ethical AI norms and data privacy.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development
- 1+ year of experience in team management
- Experience with AI domains (computer vision, NLP, LLMs)
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C++.
- Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
- Deployment on edge devices (eg. NVDIA Jetson)
- Experience in model deployment technologies (TensorRT, ONNX)
- Experience with Docker , Git
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication with other members of the team
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Experience in ROS, ROS2 (nice to have)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). (nice to have)
