Responsibilities
- Refactor a single-agent prototype into a multi-agent architecture (orchestrator + specialized agents).
- Design orchestration logic, agent communication, and state/session management.
- Implement guardrails (prompt-injection protection, output validation).
- Integrate external APIs with resilient error handling.
- Optimize performance and latency (<2–4 seconds).
- Implement monitoring, telemetry, and observability for production systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust API design and integration.
Job requirements
- Strong experience with LLM systems and multi-agent architectures.
- Proficient in Python, including FastAPI, async programming, and Pydantic.
- Experience with function calling and JSON schema outputs.
- Strong API design skills and integration experience.
- Experience in Azure environment: AI Foundry, Key Vault, Managed Identity, monitoring.
- Solid experience in system architecture and production deployment.
- English: conversational; German: A2 comprehension.
Nice to Have:
- MCP certification or relevant Azure certifications.
