Skills Required
- 6-9 years of professional experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face
- Expertise in LLM fine-tuning using LoRA, QLoRA, and PEFT
- Experience with graph databases, including Neo4j or TigerGraph
- Hands-on experience with vector databases, including Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS, or ChromaDB
- Deep understanding of Transformers, GANs, and Diffusion Models
- Strong experience with NLP, retrieval systems, and multimodal AI
- Excellent Python programming with NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn
- Experience deploying ML models on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- MLOps knowledge for AI deployment and monitoring
- Open-source contributions or AI research publications
- Understanding of Ethical AI and Data Privacy
- Experience with multimodal AI applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to mentor team members and work independently
- Immediate availability or joining within 10 days
