Job Description

P&G Polska is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer specializing in Agentic AI. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge autonomous AI systems, contributing to our next generation of intelligent solutions. You will leverage your expertise across the AI lifecycle, from data to deployment, to drive innovation and create significant business impact.
Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Agentic AI systems, including multi-agent architectures, reasoning engines, and autonomous decision-making modules

  • Collaborate with data scientists and product owners to translate complex business problems into robust and scalable AI solutions

  • Develop and optimize AI models, ensuring high performance, reliability, and interpretability within agentic frameworks

  • Design and implement data pipelines and infrastructure for training and deploying AI agents, leveraging Data Engineering best practices

  • Apply Software Engineering principles to build production-ready, maintainable, and well-documented AI systems

  • Work within an Agile development environment, actively participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives

  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and monitoring of AI solutions in Enterprise/Cloud Computing environments

  • Contribute to the strategic planning and evolution of our Enterprise IT Architecture with a focus on AI capabilities

  • Implement rigorous Software Quality Assurance (SQA) practices for AI models and agentic systems, including testing, validation, and performance monitoring

  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Agentic AI, machine learning, and related technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering, with a strong focus on designing and implementing Agentic AI systems

  • Proven expertise in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++) with a strong understanding of object-oriented design

  • Solid understanding of Data Science principles, including machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with Enterprise/Cloud Computing concepts

  • Demonstrated experience with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code

  • Strong background in Software Engineering best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), code reviews, and testing methodologies

  • Proficiency in Data Engineering techniques, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and big data technologies

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies

  • Familiarity with Software Quality Assurance (SQA) processes relevant to AI and software development

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
