The Role

Integral Ad Science is seeking a global Senior Agency Partnership Director. This person will be responsible for driving strategy and revenue growth within global Holding Groups. This position is a key driver of relationships to the stakeholders of holding companies and management at partner agencies.

As a thought leader to the industry, the Senior Agency Partnership Director will work collaboratively with leadership to educate and evangelize IAS's capabilities. You will own global revenue forecasts and be responsible for helping regional sales leadership exceed their projections. You will help drive our approach to global success.This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment backed by an established technology company with global brand recognition.  What you will get to do

  • Successfully develop the global Holding Companies strategies to influence and activate agency spend with IAS
  • Effectively present and communicate the IAS value proposition to holding company and agency leadership and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with global and regional sales teams to introduce relationships at various agency levels to strategically and thoughtfully achieve revenue goals
  • Stay current on all industry trends and provide internal recommendations, as relevant.
  • Act as company spokesperson at key industry events and Integral Ad Science’s events as a credible source of inventory in the marketplace.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of audience and data standard ad products, and effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
  • Gather market feedback and provide consistent updates to products to drive innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and negotiates commercial agreements that grow revenue, including MSA’s and joint business plans.
  • Develop strategic relationships with Holding Company Group and agency leadership including Agency Trading Desks (ATD), Social and Programmatic teams.
  • Manage and improve executive relationships as well as senior management at the Holding Company and agency OpCo’s
  • Coordinate activity across teams (sales, BD, product, etc) to be the central point of contact for the Holding Group and agency operating companies
  • Partner with our Global Agency Development team and regional sales leadership  to identify opportunities to enter into strategic commercials with key agencies both regionally and locally
  • Develops the data, product and reporting workflows for Holding Companies to accelerate revenue
  • Provides detailed feedback to Product and Technology teams on feature and functionality development needed to capture additional market share

Who you are and what you have:

  • 10-15 years experience selling digital media, ad tech or digital research solutions with 3 or more years experience in ad tech or SaaS
  • Solid relationships at the agency holding company level/partner agencies/advertisers, with an understanding of the inner workings of agencies
  • Track record consistently achieving sales revenue targets
  • Comfortable with data, and telling a story with data
  • Well rounded knowledge of the AdTech Ecosystem & programmatic is required
  • Ability to successfully execute cross-team and command respect from internal/external stakeholders
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze profitability of a long-term partnership
  • Highly skilled in structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading internal groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals.

New York Applicants: The salary range for this position is $135,100 - $231,600. Actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location.
