Before we get started:
Here at Ingenio, we'd love to talk with you regardless of your qualifications or years of experience. If you believe you’d be a great fit for this role, we invite you to apply even if you do not meet all points on the job description.

Who we are:
Ingenio is on a mission to make spiritual wellness a core part of modern self-care. We are a global media and technology company developing products that provide guidance on love, relationships, careers, and all aspects of life. We are passionate about connecting people with the world’s best advisors and content to restore spiritual wellness to its rightful place, easing the stress of modern life with trusted ancient practices.

Our global portfolio spans over 20 marketplace and media brands in the spiritual and emotional wellness space. Our flagship brands include Keen, Horoscope.com, Astrology.com, Purple Garden, Kasamba, and Kang.

How you’ll be impactful:
In the role of Senior Affiliate Manager, you will spearhead our partnership and affiliate strategy for our marketplace brands, including Kasamba, Purple Garden, Keen and Psiquicos. Your primary focus will be transforming these channels into consistent and lucrative avenues for user acquisition. By personally managing recruitment and negotiations with a diverse range of creators and publishers, you will maintain full accountability for the economic health and scalability of the channel. As a key builder within the team, you will leverage existing foundations to architect the future of this program as it expands to multiple times its current capacity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the affiliate and partnerships channel across three brands, carrying a quarterly target for new paying customers at a defined CAC and LTV:CAC — you'll be measured on profitable customers acquired, not clicks or signups.
  • Build and work a partner pipeline: source, pitch, and launch net-new revenue-generating partners per month.
  • Negotiate and structure commercial terms — CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and fixed placements — and renegotiate or sunset underperformers on a quarterly cadence.
  • Own payouts, reconciliation, and channel integrity: monthly commission reconciliation, plus active monitoring for incentivized traffic, brand-term bidding violations, coupon hijacking, and other invalid activity, keeping track of invalid/clawback users.
  • Build partner-level reporting that goes past last-click: work with our analytics and attribution stack (affiliate platform, AppsFlyer, Tableau, Mixpanel) so every partner is judged on retained cohort value, not front-end conversions.
  • Run a structured test roadmap across new partner types — creators and influencers, content and review sites, newsletters, comparison sites, app-based partners — with tests live per quarter and a documented scale/kill decision on each.
  • Partner with Creative and Content on partner-facing assets and dedicated landing pages, and with Product and Analytics on tracking, postbacks, and deep linking.
  • Own the quarterly channel plan and present monthly results to marketing leadership: forecast vs. actuals, partner mix, and a clear read on what's scaling and what isn't.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • [4–6]+ years in affiliate, partnerships, or performance marketing — ideally in consumer subscription, marketplace, or two-sided platform businesses — including direct experience recruiting and negotiating with partners yourself.
  • A track record of owning a channel's economics. You've been measured on CAC and LTV:CAC and can talk credibly about the moments you chose margin over volume.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate/partner platforms (Impact, Everflow, Partnerize, CJ, Rakuten, TUNE, or similar) and with mobile attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust) — including the messy parts: postbacks, deep links, and cross-device tracking gaps.
  • Strong commercial instincts and genuine comfort with negotiation. You can hold a firm position with a large partner without damaging the relationship.
  • Real data fluency: advanced Excel/Sheets, comfortable working in BI tools independently, and able to pressure-test a number before acting on it. SQL is a plus.
  • A healthy skepticism about traffic quality — you notice when performance looks too good and you go find out why.
  • A self-starter who doesn't wait for instruction. You define your own roadmap, chase down cross-functional dependencies, and are comfortable presenting your plan and your misses directly to executive leadership.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, and comfort operating across US and Israel time zones. Spanish or Portuguese is a plus given our LATAM and Brazil markets.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience — we care far more about what you've built than where you studied.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Friendly, talented, collaborative, and entrepreneurial team
  • Competitive and comprehensive benefits and perks
  • Work in the international company
  • Generous holiday and PTO policies
  • Technology stipends
  • Training and development opportunities and allowance
  • Fun and inclusive digital, and in-person events
  • Hybrid working model - work from home up to 2 days/week, our office is located in Tel Aviv
