As a Senior Advisor, Growth and Retention, you will play a key role in coordinating, implementing, and deploying growth and retention initiatives across our distribution networks.

What you will accomplish with us
As a Senior Advisor, Growth and Retention, you will actively contribute to the performance and engagement of our distribution networks by:
Coordinating the deployment of growth and retention strategies across distribution networks, ensuring their adoption and impact on commercial performance.
Developing and implementing growth programs and initiatives for advisors, in collaboration with the Marketing Strategy and Global CX teams.
Leading launch plans and onboarding activities to ensure clear understanding and strong adoption by advisors and partners.
Contributing to the planning and deployment of sales activation programs and related promotional tools.
Ensuring alignment, consistency, and effectiveness of tools and communications to maximize engagement from internal and external partners.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Communications, and partner teams to optimize initiatives and field approaches.
Analyzing feedback and performance results from distribution networks to recommend continuous improvements and identify new growth opportunities.
Ensuring an advisor and client experience aligned with the company’s ambition, while complying with applicable regulations (CAN‑SPAM, CASL).
What could accelerate your success in this role
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or communications (or equivalent) and has 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Has solid experience coordinating and promoting marketing activities and campaigns in a cross‑functional environment.
Has worked with messaging and or marketing automation platforms, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and collaboration abilities.
Shows autonomy, resourcefulness, initiative, and excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Is recognized for rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Demonstrates strong curiosity, a keen interest in learning, and the ability to evolve in a changing environment.
Has a good understanding of distribution networks and financial products, considered assets.
Is proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
English language requirement
Intermediate knowledge of the English language is required, as the individual will be required on a daily basis to hold conversations with unilingual English‑speaking partners and colleagues, as well as to read, understand, and draft business documents such as deliverables, presentations, and written communications. These interactions will notably take place with subsidiaries located in the United States and Canada, as part of projects, workshops, and day‑to‑day sector activities.
